California Head Of Festival Quits

The director of the Los Angeles Film Festival, Richard Raddon, has resigned after the revelation that he has donated funds to support a ballot measure that outlawed same-sex marriage in California.On November 13, David Poland, a blogger for Web site Movie City News, has reported that Mr Raddon name appeared on a list of donors to support Proposition 8, which amended the State Constitution to recognize only male-female marriages.
